Hours are by appointment only.  If you do not keep a copy of your pet’s medical records, please call the veterinary office that holds your records and request a copy of your records, to have at the time of your appointment.  This will reduce the time it takes to check you in when we arrive for your appointment.

Some flexibility in our time of arrival for scheduled appointments is necessary. We will give you a half hour window for our arrival, but may be slightly early or late depending on the location and nature of appointments prior to yours. We will call if our arrival time varies from your assigned appointment window. You should generally call well in advance to schedule appointments to insure you get the time you want.

If you need to reschedule or cancel,  2 hours notice is appreciated.

Please have your pet on a leash and or in a carrier prior to your appointment time. All appointments, examinations, treatments and procedures will take place inside the mobile clinic unless prior arrangements have been made.
